Please support H. Con. Res. 22 to Help Block the North American Union by Repealing NAFTA. We need to withdraw the United States from the North American Free Trade Agreement.
Please support H. Con. Res. 40 to stop the North American Union. The United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada.
Please support H.R. 3664, the Tax Free Tips Act. This act would exempt tips and gratuities from federal income and payroll taxes. Most people that receive tips have jobs that are low paying and tips many times help put food on the table and gas in the car.
Please appose the Law of the Sea Treaty. Please reject this takeover of the world’s oceans and undersea resources by the United Nations.
Please appose H.R. 2421 and S. 1870 the Clean Water Restoration Act of 2007. This bill would amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to clarify jurisdiction over the waters in the United States. It also takes private-owned property and places it under the jurisdiction of the federal government.
Please appose the Presidents Effort to Make the Eavesdropping Bill Permanent. This is an infringement of the fourth Amendment Right to Privacy.
Please appose H.R. 1022 Bill to Ban Assault Weapons. This bill reauthorizes the Clinton “assault weapons” ban of 1994.
Please appose H.R. S. 1105 the Hate Crimes Legislation. This bill would usurp the states authority to solely punish crimes already covered under state law.
Please appose S. 456 and H.R. 1582 the Gang Abatement and Prevention. Act. This bill would further federalize the police system by creating a number of federal criminal offenses, including offenses categorized as “gang crimes.” The Gang Abatement Act also poses a threat to the Constitution especially the Second Amendment. The bill’s reference to a misdemeanor “gang related offense” or contempt to a “gang injunction order” are vague, catch-all reason to prohibit persons from exercising their right to own a firearm.

I can't help but notice you're against the federal government getting more and more power and the individual States and citizens losing theirs. I'm a likeminded fellow. In this day and age where everyone of both major parties thinks that everything should be handled by the feds and all liberties not expressly secured by the Constitution should be regulated by the government, one candidate stands out. I urge you to do a little research on Ron Paul. You may find he's a good fit, I did.
I'm particularly interested in is HR 1022. That thing was a flop the first time and now they've rewritten it to ban more guns- permanently. We've got rather trying Supreme Court case early next year, regarding the second amendment right to keep and bear arms.
Maybe the way to fix the taxation of tips is to abolish the IRS. They just foisted that little torture on us about a hundred years ago. Turns out it wasn't originally a part of our government.
I have been looking into Ron Paul. I am concerned about his stand on the war. If we pull out too quickly I am afraid we will have another Vietnam. That would be disastrous to our soldiers who have fought, been injured and to some who have died. I didn't want to go to war, but when we did I made the decision that we must stick it out as long as necessary to protect our men. This is why I plan to vote for Huckabee who is a moral conservative and takes a strong stand on the war.
I agree we should shut down the IRS. Doing away with taxing our tips is a step in the right direction. If you stop paying your taxes the IRS and the State Franchise Tax Board come to your home and threaten you and garnish your wages. It is not a pretty sight.
